1. Services
We provide freight dispatching, load coordination, paperwork management, route optimization, and related logistics services.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding loads, schedules, and equipment.

• Maintain active motor carrier authority, insurance, and compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations.

• Ensure timely communication for load updates and delivery confirmations.

3. Payments

• Service fees are agreed upon prior to dispatching.

• Payments are due as per the agreed terms in the service contract.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Service Limitations

• We act as a third-party dispatch service and do not own or operate trucks.

• We are not responsible for cargo loss, damage, or delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, accidents).

5. Liability
704 Dispatch LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as per agreed terms.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
